Workout/Stretching

Hello Team – I sent out a file that contains the workout that Jacob will be doing, starting today to get him ready to for the spring. If “We” commit to this program for at least 6 to 8 weeks, he will be stronger, faster, and more athletic than he is now. The most important part of this program is the stretching. It’s the routine we went through at the beginning of practice yesterday.

It’s mid-season and we want to try our best to prevent any major injuries. This program focuses on the muscles that we use the most in basketball.

At the least, have your boys perform the warm-up & Stretching routine on a daily basis. We, as parents must commit to our children’s physical health if we want them to be successful. I will be passing out a calendar to the boys so they can keep track of when they perform the stretching :-)
